Claim Method |
To redeem the offer, Eligible Claimants must during the Offer Period: Option One: (i) Click 'Get Offer' on the Moccona Facebook or Instagram post and register their details on the Website (including, but not limited to their name, email address, mobile phone number and postal address); and (ii) Opt-in to receive marketing communications about Moccona as well as other trusted JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS brands via the registration process. OR Option 2: (i) Go to the Website and register their details (including, but not limited to their name, email address, mobile number and postal address); and (ii) Opt-in to receive marketing communications about Moccona as well as other trusted JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS brands via the registration process. Option 3: (i) Scan the QR Code on the in-store Moccona and register your details on the Website; and (ii) Opt-in to receive marketing communications about Moccona as well as other trusted JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS brands via the registration process. The Promoter will then provide the nominated sample/s to an Eligible Claimant by post to the residential address provided. |

Maximum Claims Permitted |
Maximum of one (1) Sample Pack claim per household which is based on the residential address provided. Multiple claims are not permitted. |

Sample Pack |
The Sample Pack includes either: Sample Pack One: Latte 12 – box of 10 caps (total of 2000 capsules). Which choice of Sample Pack that is claimed is at the sole discretion of the Promoter and the claimant is not able to choose its preferred choice. The Sample Pack cannot be exchanged for a monetary amount and is not eligible for resale. The Offer is subject to availability. |

Notification of Successful Claim |
The Promoter reserves the right to deem any claim submitted invalid if a claimant fails to provide the required information within the time specified. |

Delivery of Sample Pack |
The Sample Pack will be sent to the Eligible Claimant at the residential address set out in the claim form. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the receipt of the claimant’s sample. Delivery is to Australian addresses only. |

Standard Terms and Conditions
- Agreement to Terms: By submitting a claim, the claimant agrees to be bound by (i) these Terms, (ii) our Privacy Policy.
- Promoter’s Decision: Any claims that do not comply in full with these Terms will be rejected. Any decision the Promoter makes as to eligibility of a claim will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for claims that are incomplete, delayed, lost, damaged or unreadable whether due to failure or non-availability of the Website, the submission of incomplete information or any other reason.
- Verification: The Promoter reserves the right to request claimants to provide proof of identity and residency at the nominated sample delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
- Copyright: All applications and any accompanying material (including any feedback about the samples) (Material) submitted to the Promoter will become the Promoter’s property on receipt and will not be returned. By submitting the Material, the claimant agrees to: (a) assign to us all intellectual property rights in the claimant’s application and any accompanying material, with full title guarantee; (b) waive all moral rights, in and to the claimant’s application entry and otherwise arising in connection with the claimant’s application to which the claimant may now or at any time in the future be entitled under Australian law and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world; and (c) execute any document required to legally give effect to clauses 4 (a) and (b).It is a condition of claiming the Offer that the claimant warrants that the Material that they submit to the Promoter is original and does not infringe the intellectual property of any third parties.
- Personal Information: The claimant agrees that by claiming the Offer, any personal information provided by the claimant in connection with this Offer may be held and used by the Promoter and our agents and suppliers to administer the Offer. It may also be provided to relevant authorities. If the personal information requested is not provided, the claimant may not participate in the Offer. A claimant’s personal information may be used for further contact if they choose to opt-in to receive further communications at the time of entry. - No Acceptance: The Promoter will not accept:
a. responsibility for samples applied for that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
b. proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of any claim.
- Liability:Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law in relation to supply of products, the Promoter (and their associated agencies) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the sample offer, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, expense, personal injury, death or liability (including, but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential losses) that is suffered or incurred in connection with this sample offer, or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter, and their associated agencies.
- Interference: If the Offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the sample offer, as appropriate.
- Jurisdiction: This Offer and these Terms are subject to Australian law. Any disputes must be referred to the Australian courts.
